Landlocked Mermaid

  This is it, folks. The laaassstttt dooorr. Oh, would you look at that lovely bunch of people. A few Christmases ago, the family took part in the Devil’s Dash - a Boxing Day walk (or run!) up a very steep hill. We walked. Though had Covid and other circumstances not occurred, Human would have run the second year. Despite being a very  steep hill, it was a lovely way to spend the day, after having over-indulged the day before. I’m in no hurry to repeat that hill, but maybe making a nice day walk after Christmas a tradition is in order. What are your favourite Christmas traditions?
